គេហទំព័រក្រុមហ៊ុនស៊ុនស៊ីម៉ិចកូបង្កើតឡើងដើម្បីអោយអតិថិជនងាយស្រួលក្នុងការសែ្វងរក និងទិញផលិតផលដែលមានលក់នៅក្នុងក្រុមហ៊ុនតាមប្រព័ន្ទលក់អនឡាញ ។

លោកអ្នកដែលប្រើប្រាស់ ចុះឈ្មោះ និងទិញផលិតផល សូមអាន និងទទួលស្គាល់នូវគោលការណ៍ និងលក្ខខណ្ឌក្នុងការប្រើប្រាស់គេហទំព័រ ក្រុមហ៊ុនស៊ុនស៉ីម៉ិចកូ ដែលមានចែងដូចខាងក្រោមៈ

១. ការចូលមើលគេហទំព័ររបស់ក្រុមហ៊ុន

លោកអ្នកអាចចូលមើលគេហទំព័រដោយមិនមានបំពេញលក្ខខណ្ឌរបស់ក្រុមហ៊ុនឡើយ។ ព័ត៌មាននិងការផ្សព្វផ្សាយ  ពាណិជ្ជកម្មផលិតផលរបស់ក្រុមហ៊ុននឹងត្រូវបង្ហាញផងដែរ ។

២. ការចុះឈ្មោះ

លោកអ្នកធ្វើចុះឈ្មោះតាមរយៈគេហទំព័រដើម្បីក្លាយជា សមាជិកអតិថិជនរបស់ក្រុមហ៊ុនដោយមិនគិតថ្លៃ។ លោកអ្នកត្រូវបំពេញ ព័ត៌មានផ្ទាល់ខ្លួនអោយបានត្រឹមត្រូវ ដើម្បីអោយក្រុមហ៊ុនងាយស្រួលក្នុងការទំនាក់ទំនង ។

  • រាល់ ព័ត៌មានផ្ទាល់ខ្លួនដែលបំពេញមិនត្រឹមត្រូវ ឬប្រើប្រាស់ ព័ត៌មានក្លែងក្លាយក្នុងការចុះឈ្មោះ ក្រុមហ៊ុនមានសិទ្ធិបញ្ឈប់ និងលុបចេញពីការចុះឈ្មោះ ជា សមាជិកអតិថិជនរបស់ក្រុមហ៊ុន ។
  • ក្នុងកណីភ្លេចលេខកូដសំងាត់បន្ទាប់ពីការចុះឈ្មោះហើយ លោកអ្នកអាចធ្វើស្នើសុំបានតាមរយៈការផ្ញើអ៉ីម៉ែល ឬតាមទូរស័ព្ទដៃដែលបានចុះឈ្មោះមុនដំបូង ឬទំនាក់ទំនងមកកាន់ផ្នែកអតិថិជនផងដែរ។

៣. សុវត្ថិភាពនៃការរក្សាទុក ព័ត៌មានអតិថិជន

រាល់ ព័ត៌មានរបស់អតិថិជនក្នុងការប្រើប្រាស់ ចុះឈ្មោះ ទិញផលិតផលត្រូវរក្សាទុកក្នុងលក្ខខណ្ឌឯកជនភាព (ចុចត្រង់នេះ ដើម្បីមើលលម្អិត) ។

៤. ការស្វែងរកទំនិញ និងការបញ្ជាទិញ

– លោកអ្នកអាចស្វែងរកទំនិញជាច្រើនរបស់ក្រុមហ៊ុនតាមរយៈគេហទំព័រ www.sunsimexco.com ។ មានផលិតផលខ្លះដែលមិនទាន់ដាក់បញ្ជូនទៅក្នុងគេហទំព័រ ដែល តម្រូវអោយលោកអ្នកអាចសាកសួរ ព័ត៌មានបន្ថែមតាមរយៈលេខទូរស័ព្ទដែលមាននៅក្នុងគេហទំព័រ ឬតាមរយៈអ៉ីម៉ែលផងដែរ ។

– លោកអ្នកអាចធ្វើការបញ្ជាទិញទំនិញតាមរយៈការចុះឈ្មោះ ឬបំពេញ ព័ត៌មានរបស់លោកអ្នក ប្រសិនបើលោកអ្នកមិនទាន់បានចុះឈ្មោះនៅឡើយ។ បុគ្គលិកក្រុមហ៊ុននឹងធ្វើការទាក់ទងទៅកាន់លោកអ្នក ដើម្បីបញ្ជាក់ពីការទិញ និងការដឹកជញ្ជូន។ ក្នុងករណីមិនមានការឆ្លើយតបក្នុងរយៈពេល ០៣ថ្ងៃ ក្រុមហ៊ុនមានសិទ្ធិ លុបការបញ្ជាទិញរបស់លោកអ្នក ដោយមិនមានការជូនដំណឹងទេ  និងតម្រូវអោយលោកអ្នកធ្វើការបញ្ជាទិញជាថ្មី។

  • រាល់ការបញ្ជាទិញ នឹងត្រូវបានផ្ញើទៅកាន់អ៉ីម៉ែល ដែលលោកអ្នកបានប្រើប្រាស់ដើម្បីចុះឈ្មោះ ។
  • ក្នុងករណីមិនមានអ៉ីម៉ែល, រាល់ការបញ្ជាទិញ ក្រុមហ៊ុននឹងធ្វើទំនាក់ទំនងទៅតាមរយៈលេខទូរស័ព្ទដែលលោកអ្នកផ្តល់អោយ ។
  • លោកអ្នកអាច លុបការបញ្ជាទិញផលិតផលបាន ដោយធ្វើការទំនាក់ទំនងមកផ្នែកលក់ ឬតាមរយៈអ៉ីម៉ែល។

 ៥. ការបង់ប្រាក់

បន្ទាប់ពីការបញ្ជាទិញទំនិញតាមរយៈគេហទំព័រ លោកអ្នកអាចជ្រើសរើសការបង់ប្រាក់តាមលក្ខខណ្ឌដូចខាងក្រោម

ក. បង់ប្រាក់ពេលដឹកទំនិញទៅដល់។
ខ. បង់តាម ABA Pay ។
គ. បង់តាមកាតឥណទាន/ឥណពន្ធ ដូចជា កាតវីសា ឬកាតម៉ាស្ទ័រ ។

កំណត់ចំណាំ : ការបង់ប្រាក់តាមរយៈកាត Credit/Debit ក្រុមហ៊ុនមិនមានសិទ្ធិចូលយក ព័ត៌មានរបស់កាតទាំងនោះទេ ។ រាល់កាតទាំងនោះត្រូវបំពាក់នូវសុវត្ថិភាពស្តង់ដាររបស់ធនាគារ ។

 ៦. ការបង្វិលសងប្រាក់ និងដូរទំនិញដែលបានទិញ

ក. ការបង្វិលសងប្រាក់

ការបង្វិលសងប្រាក់ជូនលោកអ្នកវិញ ប្រសិនបើលោកអ្នកបានបង់ប្រាក់មុនការដឹកជញ្ជូនទំនិញ ក្នុងករណីដូចខាងក្រោមៈ

  • ការមិនមានស្តុកទំនិញសំរាប់ប្រគល់ជូន
  • កំហុសនៃការបង់ប្រាក់ផ្ទួនៗគ្នាលើការបញ្ជាទិញតែមួយ
  • ទំនិញបែកបាក់ ឬខូចខាតដែលមិនអាចជំនួសនឹងផលិតផលផ្សេងៗដែលមានតម្លៃប្រហាក់ប្រហែល

កំណត់ចំណាំ: រាល់ការបង្វិលសងប្រាក់លើផលិតផលត្រូវមានឯកសារគ្រប់គ្រាន់ដើម្បីបញ្ជាក់ថា ការបង្វិលសងត្រឹមត្រូវតាមលក្ខខណ្ឌក្រុមហ៊ុនបានកំណត់មានដូចជា ព័ត៌មានទិញ ឯកសារដឹកជញ្ជូន ការបង់ប្រាក់ជាដើម ។

ខ. ការដូរទំនិញ

លោកអ្នកត្រូវពិនិត្យ និងទទួលស្គាល់ទំនិញដែលលោកអ្នកបានទិញពិតជាត្រឹមត្រូវ និងមិនមានការបែកបាក់ណាមួយ ។ ការដូរទំនិញត្រូវបានផ្លាស់ប្តូរក្នុងរយៈពេល០៣ថ្ងៃ បន្ទាប់ពីដឹកទំនិញជូនលោកអ្នក បើមានបញ្ហាបច្ចេកទេសដែលកើតឡើងដោយឯកឯង មិនមែនកំហុសលោកអ្នក ។

កំណត់ចំណាំ: រាល់ការបង្វិលសងប្រាក់លើផលិតផលត្រូវមានឯកសារគ្រប់គ្រាន់ដើម្បីបញ្ជាក់ថា ការបង្វិលសងត្រឹមត្រូវតាមលក្ខខណ្ឌក្រុមហ៊ុនបានកំណត់មានដូចជាព័ត៌មានទិញ ឯកសារដឹកជញ្ជូន ការបង់ប្រាក់ ប័ណ្ណធានាលើផលិតផលជាដើម ។

ចំពោះផលិតផលដែលបន្ថែមជូនដោយមិនគិតថ្លៃគឺមិនត្រូវបានធ្វើការផ្លាស់ប្តូរជូនឡើយ ។

៧. លក្ខខណ្ឌផ្សេងៗ

  • លោកអ្នកអាចធ្វើសើ្នសុំតំលៃចរចា មកកាន់ផ្នែកលក់ប្រសិនលោកអ្នកមើលឃើញថាតំលៃលើទីផ្សារខុសគ្នា ។
  • ក្រុមហ៊ុនមានសិទ្ធិក្នុងការ សម្រេចចិត្តក្នុងការផ្អាក ឬបិទគណនីរបស់លោកអ្នកដោយមិនជូនដំណឹងជាមុន ប្រសិនបើមានករណីដូចជាៈ

ក.ការបំពានលក្ខខណ្ឌនៃការប្រើប្រាស់
ខ. ការកាន់កាប់គណនីរបស់អ្នកដទៃដោយមិនមានការយល់ព្រមពីម្ចាស់គណនី
គ. ការកែប្រែផ្នែកណាមួយរបស់គេហទំព័ររបស់ក្រុមហ៊ុន
ឃ. ការធ្វើអោយរាំងស្ទះ រអាក់រអួល ឬមិនដំណើរការគេហទំព័ររបស់ក្រុមហ៊ុន
ង. ការប្រើប្រាស់តំណរតភ្ជាប់គេហទំព័ររបស់ក្រុមហ៊ុន ដើម្បីធ្វើសកម្មភាពខុសច្បាប់
ច. រំខានដល់ ប្រតិបត្តិការអាជីវកម្មរបស់ក្រុមហ៊ុន

  • ក្រុមហ៊ុនមិនទទួលខុសត្រូវទៅលើការបាត់បង់ ខូចខាតដល់លោកអ្នកដែលកើតមានឡើងនៅពេលចូលប្រើប្រាស់ ទស្សនាគេហទំព័ររបស់ក្រុមហ៊ុន ឬមានពាក្យបណ្តឹងតាមផ្លូវច្បាប់ចំពោះលោកអ្នកឡើយ ។
  • លោកអ្នកត្រូវទទួលខុសត្រូវដោយខ្លួនឯងលើការបញ្ចេញមតិមិនត្រឹមត្រូវ ឬការភ្ជាប់ទំនាក់ទំនងដែលធ្វើអោយមានបញ្ហាដល់អ្នកដទៃ មិនមានការ ពាក់ព័ន្ធជាមួយក្រុមហ៊ុនជាដាច់ខាត ។
  • លោកអ្នកត្រូវថែរក្សាការសំងាត់ដោយខ្លួនឯង ពាក់ព័ន្ធទៅនឹងការប្រើប្រាស់ ឬការចុះឈ្មោះក្នុងគេហទំព័ររបស់ក្រុមហ៊ុន និង ធានាថារាល់ការប្រើប្រាស់មិនត្រូវបានលុកលុយដោយមេរោគ ឬដោយពួក Hacker នោះទេ ។

Sunsimexco’s website aim to making easily for customer searching and buying from Sunsimexco e-commerce website.

You can visit, register and buying products. Please read and acknowledge the Term and Condition for Sunsimexco’s e-commerce using as following:

  1. Visit company’s website

You can visit the website without fill in the company’s condition. The promotions and products advertising will pop-up or showing during your visit.

  1. Registration

You can register free of charge via webpage to be Sunsimexco’s customer. You have to fill in your personal information correctly to make sure our staff can contact.

  • The Company has the right to remove from customer data management if your personal data incorrect or using the fake information for register.
  • In case you forget the password, you can request reset passport via your email or phone number or contact to customer service.
  1. Security for customer data

All customer data for using, registering, buying company’s product are kept in Privacy Policy (Click here for details).

  1. Product searching and purchase order
  • You can search a lot of products visa webpage www.sunsimexco.com. Some of products are not upload yet into webpage, you can ask the more information via phone number in webpage or email.
  • You can do the purchase order via register or filling in your information if you have not register yet. Sales staff will contact you to verify your order and delivery. In case you don’t reply during for 03 days after you had done order, we have the right to delete your order without notification and you have to reorder again.
  • All your orders are sent to your email registered.
  • Without any email, we will contact via phone number for all purchase orders.
  • You can cancel your order via contact to our sales staff or email.
  1. Payment

After you ordered on website, you can choose payment method below:
a. Cash on Delivery.
b. ABA pay.
c. Credit/Debit card: Visa, Master….

Note: All the payment visa Credit/Debit card, company DO NOT RECORD or KEEP the information of the Credit/Debit Card when customer paid. All the cards are equipped by Bank’s standard security.

  1. Refund and product return/exchange

a. Refund: Return money back to you if you pay in advance before goods delivery in condition below:

  • Out of stock.
  • Mistake of double payment for same order.
  • Product broken, or spoil can not replace with other product similar price.

Note: All refund of products should have evidence documentations to certify that the refund is correct with company’s term and condition such as purchase order, delivery and payment.

b. Product return/exchange: you have to check and acknowledge the product is correct and do not damage. Product return/exchange should be made in 3 days after delivery date such as product’s technical problem cause by product’s fault.

Note: All products return/exhchange should have evidence documentations to certify that the refund is correct with company’s term and condition such as purchase order, delivery, payment and warranty card.

  1. Other conditions
  • Sunsimexco company has the right to modify or hide the product price in company’s website without any notification.
  • You can negotiate for price discount with our sales staff if you note the price is difference in the market.
  • Sunsimexco company has the right for stopping or close your account without any notification in case:

a. Violation of terms of use.
b. Manage of someone else’s account without any permission from account holder.
c. Modifying any part of the company’s website.
d. Blocking, disrupting or disabling the company’s website.
e. Using the links to company websites to engage for illegal activities.
f. Interfere with the Company’s business operations.

  • Sunsimexco company is not responsible for any damage occur when accessing to Company’s website or having the legal action against with you.
  • You have to solely responsible on your unsuitable comment or connection that cause harm to other people without involve with Sunsimexco company.
  • You have to keep confidentiality related with using or registration on company’s website and ensure that all the using is not invaded by viruses or hackers.
